After a long and unexpected stay in Detroit due to a delayed flight and missed connection, the hotel provided a clean, quiet, and comfortable retreat for a good night's sleep. The fantastic breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise. Despite being a few miles from the airport, the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful.

The service was exceptional, with Kathie and Jamie being the most delightful people I've ever encountered. Despite a long and tiring travel day, their warm welcome made it feel like coming home.
